Returns via the Post Office.You can use the Post Office to return items to us. Take your parcel to the Post Office and request the standard parcel delivery service. We do not offer a free returns service.

Please check with your courier of any packaging regulations concerning the contents of the parcel that you are returning.
14 Days to return
We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale items) within 14 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind.
If the product you ordered is not your size, return it to us and we will exchange it for a different size. We know that you will need to try the item on but please be careful not to leave any marks (e.g. make-up, deodorant) as we may not be able to accept it back if we believe it has been worn. Underwear, pierced earrings and men’s/boys swimwear are all non-returnable.
We aim to process all returns within 3 – 5 working days of receipt, but please bear in mind that it can take up to 7 working days for it to get to us. You should then allow an additional 7 working days for your refund / exchange – we will contact you to let you know we have processed your return request. If you request a refund then we will automatically refund your original payment method. If we no longer have the exchange item you are requesting, a refund will be issued.
Ordering products from our Online Store.
When you place an order via the Site for a product, we will send you an order confirmation email listing each product you have requested to buy and an estimated delivery or collection date for those items. Our order confirmation email is not acceptance of your order by us.
Once payment has been made for the products you have ordered, we will instruct CSSL to arrange for the products to be delivered to you or made ready for collection (depending on which option you select when placing your order) and to send you a dispatch/ready for collection email. This email confirms that your order has been accepted by us and that a contract is formed.
Where products are dispatched/made ready for collection separately, our acceptance of your offer in respect of each product takes place when we dispatch such product/make such product available for collection.
We reserve the right not to accept your order. This may occur where we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
Price & Payment
The price of any products will be as quoted on our Online Store from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices are shown in GBP include UK VAT (if applicable) but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product requested for payment on our Online Store at the time of order is accepted and will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error or if there is legal reason why we cannot honour the order at that price.
